Conditions of Boarding

General

The daily rate is charged from the day of entry up to and including the day of departure

Any animal left in the kennels for more than 7 days beyond the agreed departure date without payment being received or any contact from the owners or persons responsible will, after every possible effort has been made to contact the owners or persons responsible, will be classified as abandoned and removed from the kennels to an official establishment for this purpose or sold to recover the outstanding cost.

Should the need arise a vet may be called at the discretion of the proprietors, Some of these fees and charges may be paid by insurance for issues that arise in the kennels other issues like long tern illness or "old Age " and Kennel Cough are not covered these fees will be covered by the owner.

Insurance cover is only offered when the full kennel rate is being paid

Full Payment is required in full upon collection. by cash or Cheque with a current cheque card.

Cancellations

All bookings are final payment will be expected for the time booked 

Deposit

Deposits are required in peak times and are not refundable

A deposit may be required in certain circumstances and for long term bookings a interim payment will be required.

Special rates may apply for special feeding requirements

Vaccinations

All vaccinations must be up to date, not less than two weeks prior to arrival and not more than one year before." Kennel Cough" at least 5 days before Boarding. 
A upto date vaccination card for the animal that is being boarded  MUST be presented on boarding
 

Dogs require vaccinations for                                                                   Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parvovirus, “Kennel Cough” vaccination is required. You will be required to supply a Vet card for the animal you are boarding with the up to date vaccinations, We will not accept animals with out a up to date vet card.

We reserve the right to refuse to board any animal or ask for the animal to be removed at any time.

Should an animal on arrival require treatment for internal or external parasites (fleas, worms, etc ) then a charge will be levied for this.

Bedding is supplied by us you may provide your own ( not items such as filled cushions  ) any item left may be damaged by your animal or other means this is your responsibility.

Food should your animal require a non standard choice of food or one we do not supply you will need to supply enough food for the duration of the stay.

Pot or plastic food and water bolls will not be allowed in the kennels. Only ones supplied by Gelli Farm Kennels.

Should your animal be frightened of fireworks PLEASE inform us and ask your vet for a sedative ( especially if boarding in November and December )

Any item left are left at the customers own risk and no claim will be accepted for loss or damage. We reserve the right to dispose of damaged or soiled items.
